Flysafair - 1 week of Bad Service

Currently having the worst experience with Flysafair. I need to book an unaccompanied minor booking since last Friday, tomorrow is another Friday that's 1 week. There is an agent from Flysafair that has been calling me to find out if an agent from the Unaccompanied Minor Department called me, so the agent is following up for a department that cannot be bothered🤨. I have never in my life experienced such a horrifying 1 long week of bad service. I have sent so many mails and I do not get any responses all I receive is calls to say an agent from that department will call you. All I have been asked to do is keep responding to the initial mail on a time the agent can call. An agent from that department called me once in the 1 week, seems as though Flysafair does not need business. I sent an email twice asking for a superior to get back to me, At this stage I would expect to hear no mails were received. The level of service is shocking!
