#FlySafair****

I am truly disgusted beyond words!!!!! Twice now, i was blocked from checking in online only to be told that there are no seats on the flight when I have already paid for a seat on the flight. I had to pay an additional R3 000 to an alternative airline because Safair refused to assist me. I am meant to travel back home tomorrow morning, I have been trying to check in for an 8h40am flight, however it says there are no seats. Am I unfortunately part of the #FlySafair****? I will NEVER book FlySafair Ever again. I want my refund and I better be able to get on my flight tomorrow.
