I booked a return flight on Flysafair through edreams on Sunday 25/04/2021 from lanseria when getting to the airport I was told at check in my flight was not registered on the system I would need to rebook a flight and pay again I tried contacting Flysafair for a refund and I was told it wasn’t there problem I should try get a refund from edreams if the system was down no bookings should have been approved I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use Flysafair as the problem is still yet to be solved and my money has not been refunded for their mistake
