FLYSAF Air Damaged Bag
I travelled on Flight FA-202 on 27 January 2026 from Johannesburg to Cape Town. Upon collecting my suitcase from the conveyor belt, I discovered that the lock and zipper had been broken off and the wheels and body of my suitcase were cracked.
I reported the damage immediately at Cape Town International Luggage Control at approximately 14:30 and followed up through the FlySafair Call Centre. I completed and submitted the official FlySafair Passenger Property Claim Form (SFR/FSA/003) as instructed.
To date, I have received no acknowledgement, no feedback, and no resolution. No replacement or compensation has been offered.
I followed every step I was asked to follow. The silence from FlySafair is deeply disappointing and falls far short of the standard any paying passenger deserves. I am hoping that this review prompts the urgent response that my emails have failed to produce.
