FlyHorror/Safair

Poor organization with this airline. For the 1st time in my life I have lost my Accessories, External drive and my new perfume, their employees can not be even trusted and there’s no quality with their customer service it is poor I don’t think even their Call Center got training on Customer Service As Tebatsi Mora-something took details and did not get back with feedback, and the airline is not safe. “Safair” Rather use other Airlines than them.

I will never use this airline it’s not worth my money, my luggage is not safe with them and yet I paid for it, and if you miss a flight they make you pay and say they will put you on the next which is a lye as the next moment they tell you the flight is fully booked. This airline should be name flyHorror and not Safair it’s more like you in the train their air hostesses can’t even control loud passengers, this airline is chaotic period.
