Flyasfair-Money down the drain

I am very disappointed to say the least with flysafair, I recently relocated to Cape Town from Johannesburg on the 1 March 2022 I flew down with the kids and my husband drove down with our car on his way he and my father inlaw was in a car accident which subsequently resulted in my father inlaw missing his flight back from Cape Town to JHB which was scheduled for the evening of the 1 March 2022. I tried moving the times so we can still let him fly down however I was told because he was booked through a third party there is nothing they can do. We send proof of the accident and till today nothing has been done to assist us in refunding our money we had to spend money we did not have to book a flight for him.
