I have been trying to cancel flights with Safair since Monday 11 February 2018.

I have been unsuccessful in getting my money refunded and continuously get sent from pillar to post whenever i phone.

The Flight is booked for saturday and cancellation request was made on monday.

They have deliberately refused to refund my money and still expect me to pay an additional fee after paying for insurance which covers cancellation and guarantees a refund.

What a **** SERVICE
