Fly Safair worst customer service !!!

The lady at the tiicket sales was supposed to inform me rhat i can get a refund after i missed my flught in that first hour but she did not!!! Bad customer service i lost nearly R5000 Shame on Safair sales people they give Safair a bad bad name !!!
