Fly Safair refused to board with affidavit.

I was booked for a flight to ND but my car was broken into 2 days before my flight and my purse containing my ID n Licence was ******. I went to the police station to make am affivadit which i presented at the boarding gate and i was asked tp provide a copy of my ID. my question is, HOW AM I TO MAKE A COPY when i jussssst told u my id was ******??? WHAT IS THE POINT OF AN AFFIDAVIT KANTI..?? Fine. Fortunately i browse my emails and i find a CERTIFIED copy of my ID amd its less than 3 months old and they STILL REFUSE TO let me board. Like??? The staff at the boarding hate was very insensitive and he attitude really sucked. I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL!! my mom is in ICU and i could go see her because of a lame "digital copy" WOW!
