Fly Safair rather fly no where

In Sept 2020 I made a booking through e dreams for a flight from Durban to JHB for the 30/09/2020 airline ref V56IC5 FA287, on the 29th of Sept I cancelled my flight details with ref ***, up to now I have still not received a refund or even a portion of it,
