Fly Safair ? Preferably not !

Awful experience. Flight was delayed 4 hours from OR Tambo airport. Went to ticket desk at airport and stood in line for 30 minutes. Long queue never moved. I then tried to call their 'customer services' .What a joke. Not only was the lady on the other side barely audible but quite rude and totally unhelpful. Will definitely be my last airline of choice.
