Fly Safair - Pay to be ignored.

I bought plane tickets online and after a while I noticed that VAT was being charged twice. I was not sure though, so I sent an email requesting Fly Safair to explain to me exactly how the invoice should be read. They rep**** and said that they attached an invoice that I would understand. It was never attached and consequently I let them know the attachment was missing. They rep**** and it was apparent that they did not understand my complaint at all. I then explained my situation to them as clearly as possible. Point for point. After receiving no response I again sent the previous email threatening to turn to this site. To this day I have not received anything. Seems that they started with a bang but will fail in due course. It leaves me to think that they must be making a few bucks with the double VAT scheme as they obviously are not keen to explain to me what the situation is. Be warned.
