Fly safair - No feedback

Expensive items have been removed from my checked in baggage on my Fly Safair Flight in June 2023. I have reported this to the carrier, they have required me to open a case at the police station, list all the items I have lost and submit Forms.

I have followed up frequently, however I get little to no feedback with regards to my claim.

It has been beyond the stipulated 21 working day turn around time.

It is rather frustrating that i have gone through all the admin of submitting my claim yet, no feedback is provided.
