Fly Safair badband greedy service.

Last year I contracted covid and could not fly any more. I canceled my ticket a few days before the flight and have evrsimce been trying to get a refund. They deducted an Admin fee of R300.00 but now also tells me they do not do refunds.

I can no longer fly anywhere due to unemployment and is in dire need of every rand I have. Yet FlySafair says we do not refund and will keep your money. Yet they advertise cancelation feature. Is this the kind of service they offer? Even to an unemployed south African.
