Fly SA Fair Advertises "We promise you wont lose your spot in the que" yet I have (so far) lost my spot twice.

<p>They "PROMISE" that one wont lose your place, however I was about 4000 and something in the que, then 2 minutes later I was put back to 17000 and something in the que.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then, I stayed on 17000 something for a few hours, then suddenly jumped from that to 11000 something. and have been on that for hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>Their system had issues last year when they had the R1 sale too. </p> <p> </p> <p>Their advertising is misleading and false!</p> <p> </p>
