Booked a flight. Things happened my aunt passed away and had to change it. Flysafair has a document that states of i cancel within 24 hours no penalties. What a lie as I have to pay R300 for changing it. Then why say there's no penalty then. Baad service

25 May 2023, 21:21Well.. I would have to retract this review as an amazing person(whose name does not appear on our chat) assisted me on their messenger option and the R300 will be waived.
This was the response. As I told them either way if I do it online or telephonically.im going to be charged.
"You wont be charged R145 service because agents are aware that the website does not waive the penalty fee if a booking is within 24 hours. -BC"
Well thankfully they waived the penalty.
A document can't say there's no penalty then you get charged.
