flight status

I booked 2 flights in one day, but one was confirmed the other had a pending status. I called them and they said confirmation will be sent. I sent an email to their help desk no reply. I called their call centre twice and I was advised the matter has been escalated to the team leader in will get confirmation in a day or 2 via email. Till today I'm still waiting. Can I please get confirmation already.
