Flight FA238 from OR Tambo to PE 20/12/15

Flight supposed to leave at 18:45, it was delayed till 19:00. 19:15 Boarding took place, and at the same time the flight was delayed because of technical difficulties, which they said will take an hour. At 19:55 I got a sms from Flysafair that there was a minor technical issue and that the flight will leave at 21:15. This did not happen. Later we were told that 25 people must volunteer to stay because there were not enough seats on the aircraft leaving for Port Elizabeth. Eventually an aircraft arrived and we could now proceed to board. We left OR Tambo at 23:00 that night. Feeling so confused from first boarding till I left for PE. I am so disappointed in the lack of communication between staff and passengers. We were never updated about what was happening, how long we should wait or what to expect! The technical problems I can understand. But sitting at the airport from 17:45 till 23:00 is time wasted! On the way out after landing, paying for parking, before me was the airhostess! Wow, she could not get out any sooner! In the future I will definitely not be flying Flysafair or recommend them to anybody!
