Flight delayed due to awaiting fuel

Booked a flight for 07 November 2020 @ 05:50 and guess what???? The flight is delayed due to awaiting fuel. How pathetic service. It's damn frustrating sitting on a flight waiting for fuel. Did the airline not know they don't have fuel. Come on upgrade your service
