Flight Delay

We had flight delay of 6hours, with FlySafair taking us taking us from pillar to post, round and round in circles through out the Airport with our languages And no decompensations for the lost hours and bad communications, even when some of us had insurance cover, their reasons being that we should have communicated to them about their flight delays. Very annoying
