Flight dates mixup

<p>I went to the flysafair website to book for a ticket using my cellphone on the 7th October 2016. initiated a booking from Durban to Johannesburg for the 14th October 2016. checked the dates and times. the booking was confirmed with a reference number 8SHVSB. Today (13th October 2016) went to the website to check if ill be able to check-in online, all of a sudden the flight date is reflected for 11 October 2016.</p> <p>Tried to call them to explain but the call centre agent was not interested at all except for telling me that i had forfeighted my ticked and there is nothing she can do.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have selected the correct date at the time of the booking. Now I ha ve to rebook a flight.</p>
