Flight change

I bought a ticket and requested details update within an hour . All options given have a penalty charge. There is no exhange to voucher option and their term, also highlight , that any changes MIGHT add a R300 penalty fee. This term MIGHT.. defines possibilty of that it might be added. I checked all flight datea in Dec 2020 and they all include The R300 penalty fee. This is misleadin T & Cs.
