FLIGHT CANCELLED LAST MINUTE WITHOUT MY CONSENT,THEY DONT CARE TO PROOF WHEN AND WHERE DID I REQUEST FOR A REFUND FOR THAT BOOKING

WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!

I am due to fly from cpt to hla on thursday the 7th nov, but guess what??? Flysafair has CANCELLED MY BOOKING WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND THEY ARE NOW CLAIMING THAT THEY REFUNDED THE BOOKING BECAUSE I REQUESTED A REFUND.

I have sent them all the emails and whatsapp conversations i have with them regarding my bookings and not a single one of them has proof that i requested a refund for my booking EGLNZT.

They are now REFUSING to hear me out, they no longer want to chat with me further on whatsapp saying i should call them. Remember this is a day before my trip and im sitting with no flight, this was a return flights booking.

I am very livid about this to say the least,i dont even know what to do at this point. When i first found out on their website on monday that my booking was cancelled i immediately contacted them and they said that they would reinstate my booking by end of business yesterday. Now they are telling me about system error and that they are sorry for inconvenience. THATS ALL I GET "SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE"WOW!!!
