Flight cancellation policy

<br> booked my flight electronically on the 29th September 2015, immediately after the payment went through, I received an error message, I called the airline immediately, they indicated that the booking has been made, and they will e-mail me the details as I indicated to them that I did not get confirmation. Till today, I am still waiting for confirmation.
