I was late for my flight ,extreme weather as we all in South Africa are aware about , when I got there eventually the tried to assist to look for another time , but no flights Next thing was to cancel party waiting in George and other parties I was told I could cancel and rebook online when I tried I could not as it said cannot change or cancel at this stage flagged in red block on screen I phone saf air and the spoke to Kevin and he advise that is more then an hour I explained but no help sorry lost the money This is so unfair all I want is to rebook for another day and if I need to pay in extra not a problem
