Flight 391 22 March 2021

Good day I'm very dissatisfied with the service I received at King Shaka international Airport from flysafair. I've checked in on time, we were not redirect to the correct boarding gate by anyone a cleaner came to us and redirect us to the correct place to board. When we got there we were told that we are too late to check in our bags and need to pay extra for another flight. I feel disappointed because I was on time at the airport and didn't get the necessary support nor assistance. Now Im supposed to wait for a standby flight or book a new ticket. I'm seriously disappointed in everyone that handled my situation. I will never recommend this airline to anyone.
