Fix your stupid whatsapp chat

My issue is with the WhatsApp chat. I waited 1 hour to talk to an agent. The agent "appeared", name Reabetswe Kunene.Then didn't answer any of my questions and I ended up back at the first menu. I waited another hour at which point Reabetswe Kunene "reappeared", only to disappoint once more. Back at the original menu. I'm out of airtime, so cannot phone back. Additionally, what kind of ******* is it that you guys charge an extra R200 to book a flight over the phone. I'm just trying to book a flight for my kids. Y'all are making my life more difficult - what kind of company can profit from making their customers miserable?
