First time booking with SAFAIR

<p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>This is less of a complaint and more of a request for assistance.</p> <p>I was recently made aware of your awesome birthday special and waited for the most of the morning queueing to take advantage of this great opportunity.</p> <p> </p> <p>It took me most of the day to access this and on two occasions prior to my third time success, I was allowed to book my flight, however it froze once and it did not accept my payment information on the second go.</p> <p>Disappointing, but I waited longer and was able to confirm the booking and eventually make payment.</p> <p>I booked my plane flghts to return within 1 week.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was finalising my accomodation today and I see that the confirmation dates are incorrect, I`m setup to return 10hrs after I arrive in Cape Town.</p> <p> </p> <p>I`m sure that much like the errors I experienced when trying to book on my first two attempts, that this is some sort of system error.</p> <p> </p> <p>I`m hoping that my trip dates can be resolved relatively easy, if someone can please fix this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p>
