Fantastic service for elderly passenger

I would like to thank the Safair staff for the attention to customer care and fantastic service they gave an elderly lady of 79 <br> <br> The Ground Staff and hostesses where very helpful, friendly and efficient in the way they treated my mom in-law on her flight from Jhb to Cape Town and back. They assisted her from the time she checked in right up to the time my husband collected her. She did not have to wait for an wheelchair or someone to help her like in the past. They assisted with the collection of her luggage and walking aids with a helpful and kind attitude. <br> <br> She is a very nerves flier who took her first flight at the age of 76. This the first time I booked a flight with Safair and it was by far the best flight and service we have ever experienced. She said that the aircraft noise was better than any other aircraft she has flown in and asked me to please book her next flight with the same airline. <br> <br> I was very apprehensive at first but will most definitely book my next flights with Safair.
