Families with small kids "DO NOT" BOOK/USE this flight or u will be miserable.

If u family with small kids don't bother booking with SAFair. This airline made my life Soooo complicated for families with young kids. Angry and disgusted is understatement as compared to how they made me feel today. I was traveling with my two boys age 9 & 4. I had one bag 10.58 kg to be exact. I was told I needed to pay for that bag as I cannot put it on the top counter inside the flight. My question was what about the 21 kgs I'm entitled to as we each have 7 kgs. All the lady could tell me was it's their "terms and conditions" when I asked if I separate this bag into 2 will I still need to pay and the answer was no as long they under 7 kg I won't pay. I asked her how does their airline expect a 4 yr old to have his 7 kg bag? Or I will need to drag two 7 kg bags, my hand bag and a laptop bag and then how am I supposed to hold the little ones hand as the 9 yr can atleast carry his bag and can walk by himself without me holding him. The answer was it's terms and conditions. I had to take out a serong from my bag and separate the laggage to make it 2 * 2 5 kg bags to avoid paying for nothing. I was Soooo inconvenienced while I paid for full 21 kgs but would not be allowed to check-in 1 x 10 kg bag. SAFair u made my life soooooooooo difficult today. Had to carry 3 bags, serong wrapped with clothes and trying to control a 4 and 9 yr old. Your 7 kg terms and conditions are only for working people/udults, u don't consider families. What if I have 3 kids all less than 5 years as I have seen that? would u expect all of them to carry their 7kg bags or the parents would have to pay extra if they combine the kids clothes in one bag while they have full 28 kg they already paid for. Whoever came up with "these" terms and conditions need to go back to the drawing board as soooooooooo inconvenient and dont cater for parents with small kids. It's like whoever came up with this nonsense does not have kids really. Imagine having a bag for each child how can one manage that even on their destination. Be considerate to families don't only focus on working "people".
