False advertsing

My son studying in Stellenbosch flew back on Sunday 1 October 2023 only to be notified that is luggage was not on the same flight. He only received his luggage at 10 am the following morning. This meant his missed out on his morning classes . To date no apology or callback form Safair.

When we started following up on where the luggage was their call centre had a voice message that they are available from 07h00 to 19h00 everyday only to be notified at 18h53 that they were closed. What they are advertising with regard to support and what happen are different.
