False advertising

The most pathetic service ever. First and last ever to use this airline. No other airline besides flysafair charges a check in fee of R250 for each bag that was just abit over 7 kg. This is absolutely so pathetic and disgusting behaviour. I have booked with Mango, Kulula never had I ever experienced such greed and lack thereof. According to the policy bags 20 kgs and exceeding is a fee of R250, that speaks to your integrity and the CPA. I want answers for this. I shall inform people that even consider flysafair to rather go with a mango, kulula or SAA.
