False Advertising

I'm so fed up of continues false marketing. Flysafair always markets their prices very low but the moment you want to book the flight, its a higher price. I called the call center and the lady hardly new any of her work, she did not know how to handle the situation and she wasn't aware of any flight specials. How unprofessional of this new airline to advertise low flight specials FALSELY and still not train their employees correctly. This is extremely frustrating!!
