False advertising

I booked a flight during the January special, which had stated that I would get 30% of the airfare back in my Flysafair wallet. To date I have not received such, when I reached out to their Twitter/X account I was told that I used the coupon, even though I did not receive such a coupon and have not booked any flights after that.
