**** flight references

I Booked a flight and when i got to the airport there was no reference of the flight or my information, had to stand in long lines for ober 3 hours, to be told that i need to book myself another flight and communication will be done, till date nothing has been said regarding the inconvenience caused and mostly of the refund. This airline is just a mess.
