failure to make refund promised
I was promised that a refund would be effected to my account within 21 working days. Safair failed to make refund within this period. Despite me sending email to enquire why, I havent received a response from them as to why they havent done so.

18 Mar 2019, 19:14i again e mailed Safair on 15 March and 18 March to request a response as to why refund hasnt been paid as promised. no response. tried telephonic customer complaint response service twice. gave up after holding on for more than 20 min on both ocasions

02 Apr 2019, 16:07On 19 March I got a commitment from Safair facebook helpline that refund would be paid within 3-4 working days. Safair failed to make refund within this time period.

02 Apr 2019, 16:10On 27 March, I again enquired why payment had not been made. Safair responded that payment would definitely be made by 2 April. No payment has been made. Again Safair has failed to live up to its commitment.
