Fabulous Service from Fly SaFair

I forgot that I had a Leatherman in my bag when I was flying from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town on Wednesday, 4 February 2015. It was too late to check it in when I went back to the check in desk, so I had to leave it behind. I was very concerned about losing this expensive utensil and Sam Beets of SaFair kindly offered to keep it for me to pick up on my return from Cape Town on Monday, 9 February. He gave me his name and his cell number. He said that he would leave it at the Fly SaFair ticket sales office for me to pick it up.<br> When I arrived in Port Elizabeth on Monday, I went straight to the ticket sales office and a very friendly lady, Adele assisted me. The Leatherman was not in their lost property, so she tried to call Sam. He never answered the call. She then went to SAA's lost property - but to no avail. She promised to get hold of Sam and took my address and contact details. Sam phoned me on my way back to East London that afternoon and agreed to drop it off at a convenient location. My brother-in-law picked it up yesterday morning and my Leatherman is safely back home. Thank you for going the extra mile Sam and Adele.
