My son forgot his ID. The amazing lady at the check in counter assisted us with printouts, getting affadavits done, and then personally escorting my son to the flight, since he has special assistance booked and it was too late. Not sure of the spelling, but Nonkhulo at Cape Town International Airport, you were amazing. You calmed my son, you assisted without hesitation and your grace and wonderful heart is appreciated.
