Extremely poor service from Flysafair

<p>Yesterday the 3rd of July 2017 I was on safair flight to OR Tambo International Airport.My reference number was <span class="yiv ********** 262Booking-Confirmation-Reservation-Nr" style="overflow-wrap: break-word;">LOB7Q3.</span>On my arrival at OR Tambo my laggage was missing. I laid a complaint and I was told it was not loaded it's still in Cape Town they are going to upload it on the next flight coming to Johannesburg and they are going to deliver it where I stay. I gave them the adress and left the airport . At about 21h30 I received a call from a very arogant safair consultant saying they received my laggage from Cape Town I must come and fetch it there . This morning 4th of July I called safair complaining but untill now I am still waiting for my suitcase. Please help me.</p>
