Extremely poor service

I had a credit wallet from FLYSAFAIR after I was charged R300 from the original amount. I don't mind that I was charged the R300, I get that it's standard practice for them when cancelling, my issue is having a one year limit on my wallet and being told that I can't get an extension, so I'm basically being told I need to fly within a year or I lose all my money, I find that very unfair because I did not have a budget for flying last year and this is inconsiderate of the airline to do this to its customers.
