Extremely bad service!!!!

I have been at OR Tambo airport from 5am till nkw i am still waiting for the flight. I had booked a 5:55 am flight but i was delayed by standing in the que and no body assisted me, even when i asked questions i was told to go back to the que. Now i had to pay R300 for being on stand by which i i have been asking the workers to assist me but no body did.
