Extremely Bad attitude

We went to weigh our luggage that we paid for on Friday already were asked for a slip we produced it while waiting there then this stupid girl just picks up a phone with us standing there and expecting to be given our ID book back so we can leave when we ask her what happening she just gives us this look and instead of an answer we got \I'm trying to make a call with that hideous look"I thank God for cameras there cause I want to know is this the kind of service we suppose to get just because we black maybe so we must be treated like ********* what was wrong with her informing us that there seems to be a problem so I am going to make a call to find out what's happening"
