Extremely bad and rude service

I have flown with Safair a couple of times and experienced bad service numorous times, most recent was a weekend trip to Cape Town and to Johannesburg, I only had one bag with me which I was allowed onboard as hand luggage from OR Thambo to CapeTown, on the return flight to Johannesburg with the exact same bag and less luggage I was refused boarding as the bag had al of a sudden be booked in. In attempting to get this sorted I was told that I cannot book in the bag and had to be place on standby for a new flight, which I was told is only available the next day. As I had an early morning Meeting the next day in Joburg I had to flight out, and customer service simple said well, then you need to forfeit your ticket and buy a ticket with with a different airliner. They didn’t even attempt to resolve the issue and just said they work on different standards in Cape Town as they do in Johannesburg. Which is absolute bull****. And to add to it their seats are extremely small and uncomfortable and their snack cost a ridiculous price. Was helped by a very friendly lady at Lift Airlines getting me on one of their flights taking off moments later, window seat, larger recliner comfortable seat and complimentary snacks amd drinks.
