Extreme delay in take-off

Everything went smooth on flight FA204 and everyone was seated until the incompetence of the check in procedures left the whole plane delayed for more than 40 minutes as they did not check their passengers properly. We had a wedding to attend and this resulted in us being late. Shocking client service, and should be looked into.
