EXTRA PAYMENT FOR LUGGAGE BAGS ???

I booked Flights with FLYSAFAIR and i was not informed that i must pay an extra fee of R155 per person for luggage . your advertising is false , you advertise cheaper flights compared to your competitors yet you have hidden costs .I phoned the call centre regarding this, the assistant manager CHILLI M was of no assistance, she kept repeating what i already told her . i want a full refund !!!
