Exploited by FLYSAFAIR

Flysafair took my money twice for a flight I took once on the 4th of July, they debited my account on the 25th of July for the same price and reference and are not refunding me my money. This is abuse of power from these companies and I’m quite tired of always falling victim and being the one to always make follow-ups for an issue they caused. Your call centers drop our calls, you don’t respond on our emails. This is just so tiring. I have been inconvenienced and they don’t care.
