Exemplary service from Flysafair

I traveled on Flysafair flight FA313 from Cape Town to Lanseria yesterday (24 April). I fell sick during the night and by the time my wife and I reached the airport, I could hardly walk. The ground crew of Flysafair arrancehed a wheelchair, they took us through to book in, and gave us more suitable seats in the plane.

They took me to the door of the plane where the cabin crew took over. They were genuinely concerned, the brought me flat Cike and a bottle of water, and checked up on me throughout the flight.

At Lanseria, a wheelchair was waiting at the plane and the ground crew took me to the car that was waiting to take me home.

I am so sorry I don't have the name of the Lead Cabin Crew member on the flight, but she was wonderful in caring for me.
