Exceptional service from FlySafair staff member

On Flight FA294 Jhb to Cpt, at 10h50 10 Dec 2020 the flight attendant named Lee Ann gave exceptional service accommodating a passenger in need. An elderly deaf and wheelchair bound passanger was struggling. LeeAnn identified the passager in need and took it upon herself to aid the person. She helped to rearrange seating to ensure that a relative could be seated close to the passenger and also went out of her way to make the struggling passenger feel more comfortable. She dealt with the situation with professionalism and grace. I would like to congratulate Lee Ann and FlySafair for their passenger service. It is wonderful to see such empathy and care present in this industry. Well done!
