<p>I flew to from Cape Town to Durban with Safair and had a return flight. Unfortunately, my mother suffered a severe heart attack and I had to fly home early. I contacted Safair to cancel my return flight, and I sent them a medical certificate. Within minutes, the flight was refunded with absolutely no fuss.
