Excellent customer service

<p>I am absolutely amazed with the excellent service I received from a sweet young lady flight controller on the 20th of May 2016, at around 6.55am,I was travelling from dbn to Johannesburg and I was extremely sad and depressed, as I was attending a funeral,I thought I misplaced or didn't carry my identity document but the young lady was so tolerant, understanding and patient, she made me relax and while I shuffle through my bag,I thought I was going to miss my flight and became emotional but she was so helpful and told me not to stress,she then stood by me and told me to slowly take each item out bag and not panick and look for my id, I didn't even think that I put the id in a zip compartment but this young lady asked me to check there,and it was there,she then touched my shoulder and said you see I told you relax, with tears in my eyes I was speechless that helpful people in this young generation do exist,she took my breath away,I just want to thank this young lady Maxine from Flysair,for your kindness and patience but most of all being so tolerant and caring to the elderly ,you have excellent customer service and I will recommend Flysair anytime for the old folks,the best airline with customer service</p> <p>Mrs Mohammed </p>
